SPAM Policy

Turnkey Web Hosting maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sending of unsolicited bulk email (SPAM). This policy applies to all services provided by Turnkey Web Hosting and is strictly enforced to protect our network integrity and reputation.

Definition of SPAM

SPAM, also known as Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), is defined as unsolicited broadcast or commercial email that is sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiably request such material. This includes any email sent without the explicit permission of the recipient.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email (UBE/UCE) from any Turnkey Web Hosting service or network
• Hosting or maintaining open mail relays
• Running email proxies that can be used for sending spam
• Operating unconfirmed mailing lists (lists that do not use double opt-in confirmation)
• Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without express and verifiable permission from the address owner
• Purchasing, renting, or using third-party email lists
• Operating any account connected to spam operations listed on Spamhaus ROKSO database
• Using our services to advertise or link to websites promoted via spam

Third-Party Email Services

If you plan to use third-party email services or bulk mailing software, you must obtain prior written approval from Turnkey Web Hosting. All email campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM Act requirements and include valid unsubscribe mechanisms.

Violations and Consequences

First Violation: You will receive a warning and must immediately cease the violating activity and resolve any issues.

Repeated Violations: May result in one or more of the following actions at our sole discretion:

• Blocking of all traffic to and from your website(s)
• Suspension of email services
• Suspension of all hosting services
• Termination of all accounts without refund
• Legal action for damages to our network and reputation

Note: If your server's IP address appears on the Spamhaus Block List, your services may be terminated immediately without warning to protect our network integrity.

Reporting SPAM

All spam complaints received by Turnkey Web Hosting will be forwarded to the customer for response. You must:

• Respond to all spam complaints within 24 hours
• Provide proof of explicit permission from the recipient if requested
• Maintain accurate and current contact information
• Keep records of all opt-in confirmations for at least 2 years

Enforcement

This policy is enforced at Turnkey Web Hosting's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time and to take any action necessary to protect our network, reputation, and other customers from spam-related activities.
